Yes. Wings encourages a campus visit at RG Square, Alkapuri, Vadodara so you can see the Airbus A330 mock cabin, mock front office, kitchens and classrooms before committing. Walk-ins are accepted Monday–Saturday between 10 AM and 6 PM; appointments are recommended.
There is no competitive entrance exam. You may take the W-NAT (Wings National Aptitude Test) — a free internal aptitude check — to understand your strengths in English, logical reasoning, grooming readiness and career fit. W-NAT results are advisory and do not block admission.
Yes. Students currently enrolled at another aviation or hospitality institute can apply for transfer after a counselling review. Wings does not refund the previous institute’s fees, but credit for already-completed modules is considered on a case-by-case basis.
Yes. Wings admits students from across India. The campus is in Vadodara, Gujarat. PG accommodation references near campus are shared with outstation students during the counselling stage. Wings does not directly operate the PG; partner properties are independent.
For most students the full admission process — counselling, document submission and first-instalment payment — takes 1 to 3 working days. Outstation candidates can complete steps online before travelling to the campus.

(2) W-NAT (Wings National Aptitude Test) — a free 5-minute online aptitude test; score 80%+ to unlock an additional ₹10,000 fee waiver. (3) Merit + need-based slabs of ₹20,000–₹40,000 evaluated during counselling based on 12th-board marks, W-NAT score and family-income context. Final stack is confirmed in writing during counselling; mechanisms may have per-intake caps and cannot all combine beyond the published ceiling for a given course.
Yes. Sibling discount applies when two or more direct siblings enrol within the same academic year. Alumni-referral discount applies when an existing Wings student or alumnus refers a new admission. Exact amounts are confirmed during counselling — both cannot stack with full scholarship.
Each course publishes a uniform and kit cost separately on its course page. Kit cost is one-time and covers uniforms, training books, and course-specific equipment (knife kit for culinary, mock-cabin grooming kit for cabin crew, etc.).
Published course fees on the website are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated. The franchise fee (for partners — not students) is shown separately as exclusive of GST. Fee invoices clearly itemise the GST component.
