1.0 — Payment Terms & Refund Policy

1.1 — Non-Refundable Fees

The student fully understands that the fees once paid in part or full is absolutely non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances whatsoever. Wings Institute does not consider any special circumstances such as death, marriage, transfer of job, other transfers, and changed career plans — whatsoever are not considered.

1.2 — Full Payment Obligation

The student clearly understands that he/she needs to make full payment as explicitly informed at the start of the course. Failure to do so will result in immediate termination of his/her enrolment from the course, without any refunds of the previous fees paid to Wings Institute.

1.3 — Instalment Payment Terms

The student understands that it is mandatory to pay all instalments to Wings Institute on time. Failure to do so will result in immediate termination of his/her enrolment from the course, without any refunds of the previous fees paid to Wings Institute. Additionally, there will be a late fee payment charge of Rs. 850 per instalment.

2.0 — Course Transfer Policy

2.3 — Course Change or Transfer

The student fully understands that he/she can transfer or change his/her course within 60 days from the date of admission at Wings Institute. The student understands that there is a course change or transfer fee of Rs. 12,000 (Rupees Twelve Thousand). The course can only be transferred or changed once this fee is paid in full within 60 days of admission at Wings Institute, without any refunds of the previous fees paid to Wings Institute.

3.0 — Force Majeure

8.1 — Natural Calamities & Closures

In the event of any natural calamity like floods, earthquake, fire, riots, etc., Wings Institute may remain closed indefinitely. The course missed during that period shall be covered with extra classes and the course duration may increase in such an event. No refunds shall be issued for such closures.
