This student agreement outlines the terms and conditions of admission at Wings Institute for Aviation, Hospitality & Travel Tourism Management, Ground Handling and Travel Tourism Management, International Hospitality Operations, and Travel & Tourism Management courses.

The student fully understands that this is a professional certification course from Wings Institute. Since this is a vocational certification, it is not recognized by the Government of India, AICTE or UGC, and does not fall under their norms.
Student will receive certificates only on meeting 85% attendance and satisfactory academic performance. Student clearly understands that he/she must clear all exams and/or internship (if it is a part of his/her course) and pay in full any due fees, in order to be issued his/her certificate(s) from Wings Institute or any other partner associations for the course(s).
The course modules, courseware, certification, service(s), material(s) provided may alter or change according to the product or design availability in the market.
The scope of course delivery, deliverables, material and services at Wings Institute may vary as per the course selected by the student and Wings Institute at the time of the enrolment.
The student will be required to give an entry-level English written and spoken test at the start of the course to determine English proficiency. The student shall start at either Introduction Level or Level 1 of the New Interchange Cambridge English course and will be required to complete any one level to meet the basic language proficiency required for jobs in aviation/hospitality/travel/service industry. Official Cambridge Course Material (2 books and 2 CDs) will be provided.
As the course progresses, Wings Institute will provide the student with academic courseware according to the enrolled course, as shown during counselling and at the time of admission. In case the fee is overdue, course materials will not be issued until the student clears their dues.
Wings Institute will provide two sets of uniforms: two red shirts and two grey pants (boys) or two grey skirts (girls), two black colour stockings (girls) or two pairs of black socks (boys), one scarf (girls) or one tie (boys), one formal grey blazer, and one pair of black shoes (boys) or black bellies (girls). The colour/material or design of the uniform may change anytime without prior notice.
Wings Institute will provide two sets of uniforms: two white shirts and two grey pants, two pairs of black colour socks, one bow tie, one grey colour waist coat, and one pair of black shoes (boys) or black bellies (girls). The colour/material or design of the uniform may change anytime without prior notice.
Wings Institute will provide one makeup kit (for girls) or grooming kit (for boys), as shown during the counselling session. If the student loses or over-uses the items, Wings Institute shall not issue another kit or any of its products.
Wings Institute will provide the student with one free professional photo shoot voucher including a full-length photograph and a passport-sized photograph.
The student of the Aviation, Hospitality and Travel and Tourism Management course will be provided with an inflight and airport experience to any city in India. In the event of any injuries, accidents or mishap during this travel, Wings Institute shall not be held responsible. The student will be paid one-way fare and must make return arrangements at their own expense.
The student will be provided one, two or three month(s) of swimming lessons at VMC (Vadodara Municipal Corporation) authorised swimming facility. A medically fit certificate is needed from the student's physician. Wings Institute is not responsible for reissuance of lost/expired VMC membership cards, swimming clothing, injuries, or transport arrangements.
Wings Institute is an official training partner of Interglobe Technology Quotient Pvt. Ltd for Basic CRS Galileo training. The student will receive official Galileo courseware (one course book and a CD). On completion, an online/written test from Galileo requires a minimum 70% marks to qualify for certification. One retake is allowed if the student fails. Failure in the second attempt results in no Galileo certification.
The student agrees and understands that Wings Institute is hereby informing him/her explicitly that coaching timings and teachers are subject to change without prior notification.
The student must maintain a minimum 85% attendance at Wings Institute for course completion certificate. There will be periodical tests during and at the end of the course which the student must pass with a minimum qualification of 70%. Failure to comply may result in non-issuance of qualifying certificates.
Student absenteeism shall be informed to Wings Institute along with proof of the reason in writing. In special medical circumstances, Wings Institute may consider and allow the student to extend and/or continue the course to complete all modules. This is at the sole discretion of Wings Institute.
The student clearly understands that he/she will be getting outdoor/out-of-office memberships, assignments, learning/training experience for various modules and activities (Class Assignments, Outbound Training, Swimming, Internships, Inflight experience, Photo Shoot, etc.). In the event of any injuries, accidents or mishap, Wings Institute shall not be held responsible. Transport arrangements are not the responsibility of Wings Institute.
The student agrees and understands that he/she has to complete exams or tests of all the modules listed in the enrolled course to qualify for the certification.
The student understands certification(s) may take up to three months to be awarded after course completion.
The student explicitly understands he/she will be awarded certificates as mentioned in the Wings Institute brochure for the enrolled course.
The student explicitly understands he/she will be awarded certificates only if all fees have been paid in full as explained during admissions.
The student of Aviation, Hospitality & Travel and Tourism Management course agrees and understands that he/she will undergo a minimum three (3) months internship for practical exposure in the hospitality or any service industry in any city in India. Wings Institute does not make any explicit guarantees or commitments towards a particular location, property or department.
The student of International Hospitality Operations course agrees and understands that he/she will undergo a minimum six (6) months internship for practical exposure in the hospitality or any service industry in any city in India. Wings Institute does not make any explicit guarantees or commitments towards a particular location, property or department.
The student understands that the minimum three (3) or six (6) months internship is a part of their course, and must complete the internship period with the hospitality or any service industry to meet course completion requirements.
The student understands that all internships may not be paid and may only be for practical training or exposure. Hotels or internship providers may not provide free accommodation and meals. In such instances, the student agrees to pay for his/her own accommodation and meals. Wings Institute is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or transport arrangements during internships.
Wings Institute will only assist, help or guide the student in finding vacancies in the airline, airport, hotel, travel agency, or any other service industry after course completion. Wings Institute shall match the best job option and help prepare the student for interviews and resume making.
The student completely agrees and understands that Wings Institute does not make any stated or implied promises for a job and cannot and does not guarantee any job to the student as it is not in the scope of Wings Institute.
The student completely understands that some jobs may require relocation to a different city. Wings Institute does not make any explicit guarantees towards a specific job location, airline, airport, hotel property, department, job profile, or salary offered by the employer.
Minimum education qualification requirements of various companies (airlines, hotels, airport ground handlers, travel agencies or any service industry) may change at any time as per their rules. Wings Institute has no control over such changes.
The student clearly understands that he/she needs to meet the minimum education qualifications and other requirements of various companies to qualify for employment. Wings Institute has no control or cannot alter the rules and norms of such companies.
Some companies may ask the student to pay a refundable or non-refundable deposit or training fee as per their company policy. This fee is not part of the course fees paid to Wings Institute. Payment of such fees is the sole responsibility of the student or parent/guardian.
In the event of any natural calamity like floods, earthquake, fire, riots, etc., Wings Institute may remain closed indefinitely. The course missed during that period shall be covered with extra classes and the course duration may increase in such an event.
A few major national holidays like Diwali, Holi, Eid, Raksha Bandhan, Uttarayan, etc. may be observed by Wings Institute. During these holidays, the Institute shall remain closed.
The student agrees and understands that all course material and resources provided by Wings Institute, once issued, cannot be taken back or replaced. The student will thoroughly check all materials issued at the time of issuance.
The student agrees that the materials provided are the intellectual property of Wings Institute and cannot be photocopied, shared or reprinted in any form without prior written permission. Any such practice will be treated as a copyright infringement offense and shall fall under Vadodara Jurisdiction.
Wings Institute is a private company with rights of admission reserved. In any event of misbehaviour, misconduct, theft or abusive language or actions, Wings Institute has the right to dismiss, suspend or terminate the student from the course without any refund of the previous fee paid.
By enrolling at Wings Institute, the student and parent/guardian acknowledge they have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to all the above terms and conditions.
