Definition:

Cabin-baggage and hold-baggage X-ray screening machine operated by AVSEC screeners under BCAS regulations.

Context & Usage

XBIS image-interpretation is a core AVSEC Basic + Screener module. Screeners rotate every 20 minutes per BCAS fatigue rules.
