Verified Wings reviews
Real Google reviews from Wings alumni and parents (4.8★ across 333+ public reviews):
I recently attended the International Cruise Line Training Program at Wings Institute, and it was honestly a very useful and confidence-building experience. Before joining, I had only a basic idea about cruise line careers. After completing the course, I got much better clarity about what international cruise companies expect from candidates, especially in grooming, communication, hospitality attitude, customer service, interview preparation, body language, professional behaviour, and overall career readiness. The best part about Wings Institute is that the training is not just theory. The sessions are practical, easy to understand, and focused on real career preparation. The trainers explain everything in a simple way, so students can actually improve their confidence, presentation skills, speaking style, and interview approach. This program helped me understand how to prepare for cruise line interviews, how to present myself professionally, and how to build the right mindset for hospitality and international service jobs. It is especially helpful for students and job seekers who want to work in cruise lines, hotels, airlines, airports, travel companies, or the hospitality industry. I would strongly recommend Wings Institute to anyone looking for a good cruise line career course, hospitality training, aviation training, customer service training, or interview preparation institute. It is a great place for career guidance and practical training.
