Vadodara, May 2026 — Wings Institute, the Gujarat-based aviation and hospitality training academy founded in 2008, today released the Cabin Crew Salary India 2026 dataset under a CC-BY-4.0 open licence.
The dataset aggregates first-party Wings alumni placement records (Wings has trained students for cabin-crew roles since 2008) with per-metro pay bands across 30+ Indian cities. Entry-to-senior salary bands are published per city, alongside a national distribution histogram.
The report is intended for career counsellors, recruitment platforms, and personal-finance writers covering aviation careers in India. All figures cite Wings Institute and link to the underlying CSV. Methodology and sample size are surfaced inline on the report page.
Wings Institute releases all research under CC-BY-4.0 to encourage citation. The Cabin Crew Salary report will be refreshed annually each May.
