Hotel Management Fees Explained 2026 — Wings Institute
Wings Institute hotel management diploma fee is ₹84,000–₹95,000 (after W-NAT scholarship) — all-inclusive of tuition, 8 textbooks, 8 industry certifications, Cambridge English certification, Opera/IDS/eZee/Cloudbeds PMS lab, fine-dine + kitchen + housekeeping labs, grooming, mock interviews and placement cell support. EMI in 3 or 6 instalments at 0% interest through Wings in-house (no bank loan needed). W-NAT scholarship test free; score 80%+ for additional ₹10,000 fee waiver. Refund policy published openly. Internship stipend ₹1,500–₹7,000/month is paid by the hotel directly to the student — in addition to (not deducted from) the Wings fee. Compare: IHM Ahmedabad 3-yr B.Sc HHA ~₹4.18L + ₹1.45L hostel = ~₹5.63L total. Wings reaches first paycheque at month 13; IHM at month 37.
What the ₹84,000–₹95,000 fee includes
The fee is all-inclusive of: tuition for 6 months of campus training (Mon–Fri, 4 hrs/day), 8 textbooks (Wings proprietary), 8 industry certifications (including Cambridge English), PMS lab access on configured live instances of Opera, IDS NextGen, eZee Frontdesk and Cloudbeds, fine-dine mock restaurant lab (35-cover, silver service capable), commercial-grade kitchen lab, housekeeping training zone, grooming and personality development sessions, multiple rounds of mock interviews, and placement cell support throughout and after the programme.

What is transparently excluded
Excluded clearly so families can budget accurately: hostel or PG accommodation (Wings provides verified referrals, typical ₹5,000–₹10,000/month including food near Alkapuri campus), daily meals during the campus phase, personal travel between home city and campus, optional speciality items (extra speciality knives, grooming consumables).
Internship stipend (₹1,500–₹7,000/month) is paid by the partner hotel directly to the student — not routed via Wings, not deducted from Wings fees. This is income to the student during the 6-month internship phase.
EMI: 3-6 instalments at 0% interest
Wings offers in-house EMI in 3 to 6 instalments at 0% interest — the simplest payment option for most families. First instalment confirms the seat; subsequent instalments are spread across the campus phase. No external bank or credit-score requirement for the in-house Wings EMI. Wings does not act as a finance lender — these are deferred payment schedules.
Education loans via Vidya Lakshmi portal (vidyalakshmi.co.in) using SBI, Bank of Baroda, HDFC Credila, Canara or PNB are available for some students. Wings is a private vocational institute (not NCHMCT/AICTE degree-awarding), so loan eligibility depends on the bank's vocational-training policy. Most families opt for the in-house 0% EMI instead.
W-NAT scholarship: ₹10,000 fee waiver for top scorers
The Wings National Aptitude Test (W-NAT) is free for all applicants. Score 80% or above to earn a ₹10,000 fee waiver on the hotel management diploma (reducing the upper-bound fee from ₹95,000 to ₹85,000). The test takes 30-45 minutes — general aptitude, English communication, hospitality-aligned situational judgement.
The test can be taken on-campus or remotely under proctored conditions. No commitment required after the test; the scholarship is offered as part of the admission package only if the candidate chooses to enrol.
