Hotel Management Admission Process 2026 — Wings Institute Vadodara
Wings hotel management admission is year-round with quarterly batch intakes (typical batches start February, June, August, November). No entrance exam — eligibility-based on 12th pass any stream, age 17–28. Five-step process: (1) free counselling call, (2) campus visit or virtual tour, (3) free W-NAT scholarship test (score 80%+ for ₹10,000 fee waiver), (4) submit documents (10th + 12th mark sheets, ID proof, photos), (5) pay first instalment to confirm seat. EMI 3-6 instalments at 0% interest. Total fee ₹84,000–₹95,000 after scholarship. Counselling in English, Hindi or Gujarati at +91-8758754444.
Step 1: Book a free counselling call
Start with a free counselling session — no payment, no commitment. Three ways to book: call +91-8758754444 directly (typically 10 AM – 7 PM, Monday to Saturday), WhatsApp the same number with "Hotel management course details please", or fill the online form at wingsinstitute.com/admissions.
Counselling is available in English, Hindi and Gujarati. Parents are welcome to join. The Wings team will discuss your eligibility, career goals, family budget, fee + EMI options, scholarship eligibility, and the next batch start date relevant to your timeline.
Step 2: Campus visit or virtual tour
Visit the Wings Institute Alkapuri Vadodara campus (2nd Floor, RG Square 14, Nutan Bharat Society, Alkapuri, Vadodara, Gujarat 390007). The counselling team walks you through classrooms, the fine-dine mock restaurant, commercial kitchen lab, front-office PMS lab (Opera / IDS / eZee / Cloudbeds), housekeeping training zone and grooming lab.
If you cannot visit in person, take the 360° virtual tour at wingsinstitute.com/virtual-tour. Many students from Surat, Ahmedabad, Rajkot and other Gujarat cities review the virtual tour first and then schedule an in-person visit closer to enrolment.
Step 3: Free W-NAT scholarship test
The Wings National Aptitude Test (W-NAT) is free for all applicants. It is a 30-45 minute aptitude assessment covering general aptitude, English communication and hospitality-aligned situational judgement.
Score 80% or above to earn a ₹10,000 fee waiver on the hotel management diploma (reducing the upper-bound fee from ₹95,000 to ₹85,000). The test can be taken on-campus or remotely under proctored conditions. No commitment required after the test — the scholarship is offered as part of the admission package only if you choose to enrol.
Step 4: Submit documents
Required documents (originals shown at admission, photocopies retained): Class 10 mark sheet, Class 12 mark sheet (or admit card if result pending), Aadhaar or other government photo ID, four passport-size photographs, parent contact details. Optional but recommended: passport (required later for cruise line and international placements).
Eligibility verification: candidate must be aged 17 to 28 at the time of admission and have passed Class 12 from any stream (Arts, Commerce or Science). No height, weight or vision requirement. 10th-pass candidates are eligible for some short-track variants — discuss with counselling.
Step 5: Pay first instalment to confirm seat
Seat confirmation requires the first instalment payment. Total programme fee is ₹84,000–₹95,000 (after W-NAT scholarship if applicable) — all-inclusive of tuition, 8 textbooks, 8 industry certifications, Cambridge English certification, PMS lab access, fine-dine lab access, kitchen lab access, grooming sessions, mock interviews and placement cell support.
EMI options: 3 instalments or 6 instalments at 0% interest, in-house through Wings. No external bank or credit-score requirement for the Wings in-house EMI. First instalment confirms the seat; subsequent instalments are spread across the campus phase. Education loans via SBI / Bank of Baroda / HDFC Credila are available for some students — discuss with counselling.
Batch sizes are capped at approximately 25 students per cohort to ensure individual faculty attention. Seats fill on a first-come basis — booking early is recommended for the high-demand June intake.
Frequently asked questions
Is there an entrance exam for Wings hotel management?
No. Wings admission is eligibility-based — Class 12 pass from any stream, age 17–28. No NCHMCT JEE, no eCHAT, no entrance test required. (NCHMCT JEE is required only for government IHMs like IHM Ahmedabad.) The free W-NAT scholarship test is optional and only determines eligibility for the ₹10,000 fee waiver.
When are the Wings hotel management batches?
Wings runs quarterly intakes — typical batches start in February, June, August and November. The June intake is the largest (post-12th-board-result cohort). Seats are limited to ~25 per batch. Call +91-8758754444 for current batch availability and exact start dates.
Can I get admission with 45-50% marks in 12th?
Yes. Wings does not impose a minimum percentage cutoff beyond Class 12 pass status. The 12th percentage does not affect placement either — hotels evaluate candidates on practical skills, English communication, grooming and interview performance at the end of the Wings programme. Many alumni who joined with average 12th scores reached branded 5-star roles.
Do I need to relocate to Vadodara for the course?
The campus phase (first 6 months) is part-time, Mon–Fri, 4 hrs/day — many students from Surat, Anand, Bharuch, Ahmedabad commute or stay in PG accommodations near Alkapuri. Wings provides verified PG and hostel referrals (₹5,000–₹10,000/month including food). For the 6-month internship phase, students often place locally in their home city if a partner hotel is available there.
Are parents involved in the admission counselling?
Yes — parents are encouraged to participate. The Wings counselling team specifically holds parent meetings in Gujarati, Hindi or English, covering safety policies, hostel options, daughter-focused reassurance, transparent fee structure, refund policy and placement record. The /parents page has a trilingual parent FAQ.
