  4. How would you handle an irate passenger?
    Answer: Explain that you would remain calm, listen actively to the passenger’s concerns, empathize with their situation, and apologize for any inconvenience. Outline the steps you would take to resolve the issue or escalate it to a supervisor if necessary.
  5. What would you do if you noticed a colleague not following safety procedures?
